Looking at my garden, I see building blocks
And it used to be so much easier to leave your

But concrete only hurts my feet

Later I sat around the house
Watching the thunder coming in
But the people continued to cheer and call for another drink
Then they laughed themselves to sleep

I remember we had an orchard and a garden and a dog and a swing
And I had a bicycle and a pedal truck and a tree that I loved
My own little forest at the back of the house
Now I’ve got parking lots and families with their own stuff to

I remember when it used to snow

So I made coffee in the morning and made myself a breakfast
